WorkRoll is a bug tracker that's not just a bug-tracker. As of version 2.62.3, it includes the ability to collect external feedback from users who do not have accounts on your WorkRoll system: ideal for collecting beta feedback on your website or software application. Windows installer takes less than five minutes to install (or download a WAR file for other systems). Installation and use are fully web-based. Features include: sorting; filtering, file attachments; tiered access; e-mail notifications; import/export; organize by project, status, priority, assigning user, assigned-to user, due date, dev instance, version; restrict users to specific projects or to read-only status; collection of feedback from external (non-registered) users via the web; etc.
