ScratchPad 1.00 Broken Link Report
Simple drafting program with embedded SQL database. It is as simple as the
regular notepad - you can draw lines, ellipses, polygons, rectagles or insert
a text. There is no selection or deletion of objects you draw, just like on
the regular notepad, simply throw away the page if you do not like it by
